The completely renovated en-suite bathroom boasts a large walk-in spa shower with a multi-function rainfall shower head and a second handheld shower head, plus a walk-in closet with plenty of space if you’re staying a while!
Sand Key Beach is a peaceful paradise nestled a bit south of the world-renowned Clearwater Beach. Similarly to Clearwater Beach, Sand Key is known for its crystal clear water, white sandy beaches, and incredible marine life and shelling. This condo sits on a more private stretch of Sand Key but is located just minutes to a Jolley Trolley Stop and some amazing local eats and shops (including the historic Colombia Restaurant). Whether you’re looking for a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle or want to learn more about the culture of our area, this is the place to be!
There is free WiFi throughout the condo, and a full-sized washer and dryer inside for your convenience. We also supply you with beach chairs and an umbrella while you’re here! Light House Towers condominiums offer high-end amenities and a spectacular location on one of the most famous beaches in the area. This community features a beachfront heated pool and hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, and shuffleboard. While you’re here, you will have access to all of the great amenities, not to mention direct beach access to a beautiful and quiet stretch of Sand Key Beach!

Plus having the second half bath was convenient as well. Met many neighbors at the pool and folks were all friendly. Only issue is that the WiFi was a bit slow. Otherwise a great place to stay in Sand Key

We had a wonderful stay ! The condo was beautiful !! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything one could need !! The pool , hot tub and beach were great as well ! The area had plenty of nice restaurants and the jolly trolley was a plus !
Sue from the rental company was great and very accommodating !The Check in and out process was super easy and it was nice to have the check in information 5 days ahead of tine ! Would definitely recommend long key vacation rentals and Lighthouse towers #1205 ! We Would definitely stay again !!

Three week stay in Sand Key. Despite the untypical tropical storm the weather was great. Perfect location and excellent access to the Jolly Trolley when we got tired of walking. Excellent access to restaurants and the beach. Condo was immaculate and perfectly equipped.

This building is the perfect location for a beautifully, quiet beach get-away, with quality restaurants within walking distance. The 12th floor one-bedroom unit in which we stayed was modern, clean, and extremely well-appointed, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

It has a wonderful newly updated open layout. The master bedroom and main living have floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the gulf is spectacular. The large screen smart TV's provided great streaming entertainment. Closet space is more than adequate.The shower is beautiful with two showerheads. The kitchen is wonderful with all the conveniences of home. The refrigerator makes the greatest little ice cubes. The condo was well supplied with paper goods and garbage/recycle bags. The manager, Sue Elliott was very efficient and responsive. The owner's Glen & Lisa Meland bend over backward to please their renters. We were extremely comfortable there for nine weeks during the pandemic!

The open floor plan of this one bedroom condo is very roomy. Floor to ceiling windows provide lots of light and a fabulous view of the beach and gulf. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The decor is very well done with a nice beachy feel. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is great. You are right on the beach and there are restaurants and shops right across the street. The rental process was very smooth. We highly recommend this property and the management and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
This was our second visit to this condo, the description of the property is exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped, the location is superb, the views of the gulf are amazing. We had a seamless rental experience as Sue was very efficient and helpful. We will definitely be planning to return next year.
