Every guest must sign our rental agreement prior to accessing the vacation home. This protects both you and us!
Some associations require paperwork on file before you arrive. We will inform you if this is the case, and help you fill out that paperwork.
50% of the rent is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations more than 60 days out will receive a full refund, less a $200 administrative fee. Any cancellations less than 60 days out will not receive a refund.
Travel insurance is offered through CSA. We are happy to give you a quote and send policy information over. This insurance does not need to be purchased at the time of booking, but must be purchased prior to paying in full.
Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly homes. This includes service/ comfort/ emotional support animals.
Only the maximum people allowed in the unit that it sleeps. This includes adults, children, and infants.
The refundable damage deposit is returned within a few days of your departure after our team inspects the property. If you pay by a credit card, it will be returned via a credit card. If you pay by check it will be returned via check.
If you plan to book for the following year, we do allow the refundable damage deposit to be moved towards the new reservation.
