This single family home is located in a quiet subdivision just 5.5 miles to world renowned Clearwater Beach, and close to many other local attractions. Ideal for a comfortable and peaceful family getaway- this 4 BR 3 BA pool home has all the necessities of home that you want, including two master suites and free wifi throughout the home!
This home features a double driveway and fenced in yard with a screen enclosed pool area and patio. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with a view of the pool! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and features everything you'll need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals, plus seating for 6 plus bar stools.
The comfortable living room has a big sectional sofa and large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, plus a view of the screened-in pool and porch.
Master Suite 1: on its own side of the home. This room features a king sized bed, chaise lounge chair, and spacious bathroom with a soaker tub/shower and double vanity sinks.
Master Suite 2: with a queen sized bed, closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 3: Mermaid themed room with a twin sized trundle bed.
Bedroom 4: King sized bed and walk in closet.
Enjoy the heated pool year round and our beautiful Florida weather in the screened in pool and porch area, with comfortable seats and loungers, plus a gas grill.
This centrally located home is the best home base for those looking to dive into our local culture (museums, beaches, boardwalks, places to eat, amusement parks, etc.)

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean, and much big then I anticipated, the kitchen had everything I needed. We had a great time relaxing in the pool. It was nice to feel like you were coming home at the end of a busy day. If we ever come back to the area we will be back!

This property was amazing . Pool was clean as well as the property . The location is great !Only a 15 min drive to the beach. Lots of grocery stores close by too. We loved it!

For a change we decided to rent a house on our vacation, rather than a hotel room. This house was perfect for the occasion. It's located on a quiet street outside of the congested areas around the beaches. But, it's close enough for a convenient drive anywhere. The house was well maintained and very comfortable. The floor plan is very comfortable and the pool was perfect.

The property was beautiful. Centrally located and minutes from a lot of activities, beaches and restaurants. House was spacious. Great to spend the day exploring and then come back to swim in the pool.

Loved my stay here with friends. Absolutely beautiful, within 20 minutes to the beaches and parks. And plenty of space in living areas and efficient kitchen and enclosed screened in pool should you choose to stay in which we enjoyed splitting our time between exploring and relaxing besides the pool. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great cental location. Would happily choose to visit again, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We loved the notebooks that were at the home listing nearby stores, restaurants, and activities. It was a really quiet neighborhood but close to beaches and other places of interest. It was an easy drive to visit Disney and we loved how close we were to the beach. We enjoyed a fun day at John’s Pass. The home was clean and it was always easy to get ahold of property management. The only possible recommendation we would have to make this home even more perfect would be heater for the pool. We were disappointed that we didn’t end up using the beautiful pool as it was a little cold for us to get in.

Loved this vacation home! It is just as described, and the pictures simply don't do it justice. We found it centrally located to every place we wanted to be. The home is well-maintained, nicely decorated, and was very clean upon our arrival. It was stocked with everything we could possibly have needed, and we were sad to see the week come to a close. The property manager (Sue) was a dream to work with during the booking process,and seemed to anticipate any questions even before we asked them. The house was very nice and in a great location; within a few miles to shopping, parks, golf, bike trails, and beaches. The property manager (Sue) was outstanding; she was responsive to any concerns we identified and was able to get issues resolved expeditiously. The house was clean and very comfortable. The pool out back was not heated, but with near record highs, we enjoyed sitting on the edge with are feet in the water. It was a most enjoyable stay.

Sue and Long Key were great partners to help plan our vacation while we visited our Clearwater families. The home is within minutes to every convenience and everyone we visited. The layout was great for hosting 10-15 guests and the pool area was larger than we expected. We will be back!
