This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits directly on the water at the very popular and gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club, and has a wrap-around screened in porch, and views of the water from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. You'll feel at home and at peace the moment you enter into this beautifully updated unit!

The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen for your favorite home cooked meals and snacks -plus a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, blender, tea kettle, and crock pot. There is bar stool seating right off of the kitchen for a quick snack, or a dining room table for a nice meal together or a game night. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and a large smart TV with regular cable channels, as well as your favorite streaming platform. Enjoy a view of the water from the couches, dining table, and even the kitchen! From the living room you can head out to the large screened in patio and watch the sunset and the wildlife- sea birds, plenty of fish, and sometimes dolphins and manatees!

The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and it's own TV, plus an adjoining updated bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second bedroom is down the hall and features two twin beds and it's own TV, plus access to the adjoining/ jack and jill bathroom.

The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the water from the large window, and has a queen sized bed, it's own TV, and access to the second bathroom which has been beautifully updated with a walk in shower as well. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway that houses all of the bedrooms.

In the hall there is also a washer and dryer closet for the in unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy staying connected with free wifi throughout the condo. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, various beach toys, and a beach wagon for you to enjoy!

The closest beach access is approximately 0.3 of a mile (7-10 minute walk). There are numerous restaurants, shops, mini golf, ice cream, etc within a 5-10 minute walk from this unit as well, not to mention Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store, dollar store, and convenient store just around the corner.

John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk is just 2 miles away, and world-renowned Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 is just 14 miles away for more fun!

Also- there is a library across the street, plus R.O.C park with another fishing pier, grassy field, more waterfront walkways, baseball/softball fields, basketball court, tennis court, and a playground- not to mention the frequent events that happen there!

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
There are two exterior cameras on the property for the homeowners security.

This unit sleeps 6 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).

7 Day notice is required by the Association, and paperwork is required.
