This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo is a unique tropical treasure offering 14th floor, jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico, and everything you'll need to enjoy world-famous Clearwater Beach comfortably.
As you exit the elevator to enter your unit, you'll be greeted by extravagant views of Clearwater Beach Intercoastal waterways. Feel your stress immediately melt away as you begin to enjoy the rest and relaxation you deserve! Upon entering this One Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo, you will find yourself in awe at the view of Sand Key Beach, all the way up to North Clearwater Beach, and even further north to Dunedin. You'll enjoy that Sand Key Beach view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom!!
This beautiful beach unit features a fully equipped and updated kitchen with two dining tables, two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a beachfront living room.
The master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, private balcony entrance, and private ensuite with a walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, a soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa, vast beachfront views, private balcony access, and a Flat Screen Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking Sand Key Beach all the way up to Dunedin Causeway.. wow! Also inside the unit, you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience, second full bathroom with walk-in shower, free WiFi, and the cooking necessities you'll need to have the best stay ever!
Start your morning off by sipping your morning beverage on the balcony with the salty and refreshing breeze. Then head down to enjoy the miles of sandy white beaches and play in the warm Gulf of Mexico! You'll love taking walks along the water and looking for unique shells and marine life, including dolphins, manatees, sea birds, etc! If you need a break from the sun and sand, you can relax by the beachfront pool and hot tub on a lounger in the shade or spend some time at the indoor spa/steam room. Catch a workout in the updated fitness center, play a few games of tennis at the private court, challenge someone to a game of pool in the billiards room, or just relax in the grande parlor with flat-screen TVs and fireplace. Grill up your favorite dinner, or catch of the day at the beachfront, community barbecue grill pavilion. This community is bursting with amenities, you'll fall in love with Crescent Beach Club!

This condo association requires an application to be filled out and signed. You will not be approved to stay at this complex if you do not fill this paperwork out and sign it.
The facility does not allow parties or events.
There is no smoking allowed inside the unit, on the balcony or in any of the common areas of the community. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.

The condo provides great views, beautiful sunsets, & dolphin viewing.
The living room couch & loveseat was not very comfortable. The newly remodeled walk-in showers were awesome. The bedroom was located on the Gulf side, and the balcony was a plus.
Everything else worked for us. This was the 2nd time we rented this unit on the 14th floor.

Property Manager provided excellent telephone customer service (on Christmas Day) for instructions on how to access the room key. The next day, an IT Technician and the Property Manager were on-site to resolve an internet issue. A few days later, Property Manager scheduled a toilet repair. 5-stars !
Condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern.

We stayed for 21 days at the Crescent Beach Club condos. The one bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and I as a nice touch having two bathrooms with showers. If it wasn’t for the cooler than normal weather, we had a great time! We would definitely return to this property !

Sunrises to sunsets...what an awesome vista from this unit! The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. There is nothing like starting each day with a walk along the Gulf, collecting sand dollars and unusual shells. Did I mention the sunsets? We will be returning in a few short weeks to this same unit, which tells you our review is authentic. Sue at LongKeyVacationRentals is magnificent to work with, highly responsive to any questions/needs. This is why we choose our next vacation with them. We already look forward to November as well!

Great stay in condo on the 14th near Sand Key. Great place to watch the gulf and sunsets. Took sailboat ride from Clearwater marina, visited many state parks, great restaurants, great place to hike and bike ride.

Two of my lifelong friends and I stayed in this beautiful unit in September. It was perfect for us—-one bedroom and a super comfy pull-out couch. This unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a large balcony with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Another plus was the available beach equipment and cart which made our trips to the beach easier! The views from this unit are spectacular and the beach is beautiful! Great pool too!

My retired girlfriends and I spent a wonderful week in Sand Key at this beautiful condo at Crescent Beach Club! The condo was clean and comfortable and had a large balcony with the most amazing views! There is also a plaza within walking distance that fulfilled all of our needs with great restaurants, convenience store/deli, Dunkin, ice cream store, and several cute clothing shops! We will be back! Loved it!

This is the perfect location for an amazing, relaxing beach vacation. Some restaurants nearby. One slight thing is that the bed, while it is ok, could be refreshed, a new mattress would be a great upgrade. The unit is well maintained and very clean, wonderful beach supplies too, no need to buy towels, umbrellas or chairs ( like we did).

The best surprise was no surprise. The unit was exactly as described, and we experienced no difficulties. It was thoughtfully provisioned for beach and other activities. The beach was easily accessible and never crowded. The billiard room was uncomfortably warm. One of the two elevators was often unavailable during the day, having been relegated to other tasks; it did not cause any undue delays, however. About the title, a great heron landed within 20 feet of us when we were walking along the beach at dusk on our final day. It just stood stock still, as did we. It probably couldn’t wait for us to leave so that it could hunt for its supper. After about 3 minutes of staring, we went our way to leave it to its task. It was a wonderful way to cap off our stay.

Sue was so great to work with! She went above and beyond helping us when we had to change plans last second due to the hurricane. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The beach is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the area.

we had the most amazing time in this condo. Everything was clean and ready. The view was spectacular. Even the elevator in this condo ran smoothly. The gym and the pool were outstanding. Being able to walk to several restaurants and stores with a big plus. We have stayed in clear water before, but this is the best yet.
