This top floor, end unit condo features panoramic views of our crystal clear Gulf water and sugar sand beaches. Located on the top floor of the very popular Island Sands Condo complex, this 2 BR 2 BA unit is bound to be your favorite place to be.
Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away from the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for your enjoyment along with it's own updated private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
The main living space boasts a breathtaking view of the beach and the beachfront balcony and can be admired from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience of home that you desire to create those wonderful home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack to enjoy by the beach. The dining room table has plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy a meal together, too. The breakfast bar hosts comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media with the free WiFi throughout the condo.
The condo also has a sleeper sofa, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your stay as well!
Enjoy the beachfront and heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach searching for shells. Create an incredible meal at the onsite (and beachfront) Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting family vacation memories.
*Please note: there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is on the top floor, meaning you will have to walk up two flights of stairs.
You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award-winning beaches, more amazing restaurants and nightlife. Rent jet skis, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration and vendors too. Johns Pass is located a bit South to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous small shops and more water excursions.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.

This was our 8th year at this location during this time frame and continue to love it more each year. We understood the property was going through some construction due to the recent hurricanes, but it didn't take away from what we wanted to do or our expectations. Everything about this rental is perfection. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need, the beds are comfortable, the walkability is fantastic, but the most important aspect is the quick walk to the beach and spectacular views of the gulf.

We have been staying at this particular condo since 2017, somethings several times throughout the same calendar year. We often refer to it has our Florida Home. We love the location, as its centrally located near downtown Indian Rocks within walking distance of many local restaurants and other novelties. The condo sits on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf along with sugar white sand. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and only access by stairs. It overlooks a heated swimming pool with many chairs to share. The condo has 2-bedroom, 2-bath and a very nice, equipped kitchen. The condo was recently updated and beautifully decorated.

This was the 2nd year staying at this beautiful condo and have already secured it for next year. Beautiful place, well-maintained and clean. Had a bad storm during our stay, it blew apart the outdoor storage container. Called the manager and they had someone there with the 1/2 hour to fix it. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a beautiful condo, right on the beach super clean and newly furnished. 2 excellent matrasses, 1 king 1 queen. The sunsets at night are beautiful, you see dolphins mornings and evenings, white sandy beach for miles, restaurants within walking distance great ice cream shop steps away. Heated Pool and patio, nice balcony. Its worth the $$$. The only downside busy street to enter and leave parking area, 3 sets of stairs to haul your stuff up.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and nice and clean. Great location a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach! The pool was heated and nice to swim in when the beach was too cold. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen and rest of the condo was stocked well. Very good water pressure for showers. The location was also great with shops and restaurants very close. Could walk to restaurants and an awesome ice cream shop! Lovely to drive along the coast and explore. Lots to do in the area and the Tampa airport is wonderful too. Would definitely stay in this condo again!.

From the moment we walked in and even before we arrived, this place was fantastic. Beautiful view through the double doors overlooking the gulf and perfect view of the sunset. New furniture and everything was clean and very classy. Hearing the waves crash on the beach from your couch or balcony. Walk by the pool and you're on the beach. We didn't have anyone for 50 yards of us on either side while on the beach. Short walk to JD's for breakfast or cocktails at night. Very short walk to Crabby Bills for food or live music. So close and walkable to everything, CVS, several bars, ice cream, we never used our car. This place is a gem, be glad you found it and enjoy!

The condo rental was supreme. Very clean, well stocked, decorated in a soft beachy feel, nice appliances, spacious of the rental, washer/dryer in the unit is A+ have. Beach chairs, umbrella, all the things are provided in a storage box. Ample parking for 2 cars under a covered complex. Proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, main route from the airport, all were so easy! Private balcony and just literally steps to the beach! Don’t miss out on this rental, we will do it again!!

As soon as we walked in, we felt "at home". A beautifully-appointed, spotless oasis from the cold and damp of New Jersey. Everything was well thought out, including clening supplies, laundry detergrnt, and fluffy white towels. To be able to sit and watch the sun set over the gulf, hear the waves throughout the night, or walking the beach early morning without crowds was exactly what we wqnted on a vacation. Outstanding as usual. First, the accommodations of our condo exceeds our expectations. The place is well kept and the management team does a great job of cleaning between stays. The location is perfectly located in IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. We stayed for 3-weeks and have come to know others who stay during this time. This was our first time at IRB. We had a very nice experience. The location was very convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. It was nice to have access to beach toys and pool equipment. Having some cleaning supplies in the unit and extra toilet paper is very helpful.

This is our second visit to Island Sands and we could not love this location more! The views are incredible; the beach is perfect. Second year in a row that we have stayed here. The location is hard to beat, 100 feet from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless again this year and the beds are very comfortable. Would love it if the shower heads had adjustable pressure and the if the toilet seat in the master was replaced with one that actually fit the toilet but those just little items that would make this perfect. We will stay here if it available when we vacation to Florida next time.

We had another wonderful week here. Very happy with the location and view. Love the pull out couch in the living room. It was just as comfortable as the bed so I slept there and listened to the waves all night long. Pure bliss!! Very clean upon arrival. Thank you for another wonderful vacation.

We were so happy with our vacation in Island Sands. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully, super coastal! Great location near to everything that we wanted to get to see and amazing sunsets from the deck or beach. Having the chairs and beach toys were very convenient. The condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. Hope to visit again sometime!

Gorgeous condo on a beautiful beach. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool is great - loved the shade provided to allow a bit of cover over a part of the pool.
The only drawback is the 2 flights of stairs- don’t bring a big bag to drag up!!

The Sleepy Turtle is a beautifully appointed condo on the beach.
It is newly decorated in true Florida style. Immaculate. Well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It is within easy walking distance to good restaurants. A CVS is just down the street. And a Publix a couple miles away.
Sunsets from the balcony are spectacular!
Walks on the beach are lovely.
The pool is always warm.
A truly wonderful getaway spot in Indian Rocks Beach!

This is our second 2-week stint in this facility. We have been visiting this area for the last 20+ years. When our long-standing Management Rental facility was bought by a larger rental company, we left them. This is our first year working with Long Key Vacation. They did a great job. Our AC actually stopped working and they had someone there the next day and repaired. We have booked already for the 2022 year.

The condo was pristine. Beds were comfortable and view was beautiful. The towns nearby all had different fun vibes and places to shop/eat. We accidentally left a sweatshirt behind and the rental company mailed it to us. The whole vacation was enjoyable.

Awesome vacation.Great view to wake up to and a glass of wine on the deck at sunset. Beach is just over the sand dune and a pool at the bottom of the stairs.

Condo was immaculate and clean. Our view from the balcony was amazing. Having the chairs and umbrella available was extremely helpful since we travel on our motorcycle. The only suggestion I would make, that has nothing to do with the condo, which was perfect, would be to have the pool cleaned more often. The pool stayed cloudy the entire week.
