Come escape and play on the beach!

Completely renovated - with brand new appliances in the kitchen and a breakfast nook area to enjoy a quick meal or relax and have a cocktail. Large screen smart TV in the living room to watch your favorite TV shows or your favorite Netflix series. You also have free wifi throughout the condo so you can keep in touch with family and friends back home.

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom for your convenience. All towels and linens are here, including some beach towels. The sleeper sofa has a full size memory foam mattress for extra guests to be comfortable.

The screened in patio has a great view of the intercoastal/ marina with comfortable seating to enjoy your happy hour beverage or morning coffee. Enjoy the gas grill on the waterfront patio to grill up the catch of the day or some dinner, plus there are a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use, so no need to pack those items. We are very close to the gate to access the beach across the street.

Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, library, park area, grocery stores, and much more! Madeira Beach has lots of wonderful things to do and the beautiful beach is right across the street.

So many great amenities at the Yacht Club to enjoy: two saltwater pools, an exercise/weight room, billiards room, and sauna. This waterfront community is secured with a gated entrance and features sidewalks by the water for you to enjoy a waterfront walk in the morning.

This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.

This unit sleeps 3 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).

7 Day notice is required by the Association, and paperwork is required.

Although we have stayed in Madeira Beach many times, this was our first time staying here. I can tell you this won't be our last. The condo was so nice and so well equipped. The location was beautiful and so convenient to everything. Can't wait to come back soon. Thank you to the staff for also being so responsive to our questions and needs.

We have just returned from an amazing 3 weeks in Madeira Beach. This is our 2nd visit to Madeira Beach Yacht Club. First time using this Property Management Company....and I have to say their support during this difficult time was outstanding!
This condo had everything we needed. It was Immaculate with a fully equipped kitchen, including all utensils and a gas grill outside! It was tastefully decorated and fitted to the highest specification. The location is perfect. Grocery store, pharmacy, Hair Salon, Dollar Store, library, Restaurants and more importantly, the most beautiful beach directly across the road. The condo overlooks the inter coastal water...you see the sun rise in the morning and with the beach across the road, you can sit on the sand and watch the famous sunset at night!
The resort is maintained to the highest of standards! Pool areas, washrooms, gym and hot tub are spotlessly clean. Owners and renters are all so friendly....
Can’t recommend this beautiful place enough....

So if you are looking for a laid back, chilled vacation in one of thee most beautiful parts of the world, this is the place to be.

The good
The apartment is in a great complex, which has plenty of friendly people in.
It is very close to the beach
There are a couple of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk
There are plenty more within 5 minutes drive or trolley bus
The apartment is big enough for 2, I would imagine if the sofa bed was used for more than one night it would be very crowded.
The bathroom is compact but does what it says on the tin, Bath, shower, toilet, sink and washer drier
The bedroom is a decent size, with a chest of drawers, TV, wardrobe and a large bed
The kitchen is a decent size with plenty of cupboards, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooker
The porch has screens up the keep the insects out and has some seating

The not so good
Bedroom
The apartments air con/heating is very loud in the bedroom
The bed has a lot of movement in it, so whenever my wife would turn over, I was woken up by the movement and the noise when the bed would rock against the wall
The mattress has a protective cover on it which on even the coolest of nights you would wake up in a pool of sweat
The TV was at such an angle it wasn’t watchable from normal lying position in bed
The blinds seem too narrow for the window, leaving gaps which make certain parts of the bedroom visible to outside

The Porch
The roof leaked. We had a couple of days of rain while we stayed, this meant that we couldn’t sit in the porch while it rained, the rain also soaked the rug in the porch which took days to dry out.
The owner also stores their bikes in the porch making it impossible to move the furniture around as the bikes are chained up

Outside
The apartment is very close to the Post Office, shops and a bar.
From 5:30am there are deliveries to the bar, the post office moving and loading their vans.
The soundproofing of the apartment isn’t great many nights we were woken up by a neighbour

What a wonderful brand new space! It had everything we needed. We could walk to the pool, the beach, the grocery and to grab morning coffee. Everything in the condo was brand new!! We have already re-booked for Fall Break. Loved our view of the boats in the marina. Visiting Slyce pizza while you are here is a must!
