Ocean Sands 403

Condo was well stocked, clean and comfy with fantastic ocean views. Great location and very close to restaurants and Johns Pass. Will definitely stay again!

This condo is really really nice. Was very clean. Ocean Sands is in a perfect and my favorite location. When we couldn't get in the door, the manager was very prompt and came to our rescue quickly. The parking lot is not user friendly as we had two cars there off and on and guests since I have family in the area. (The lady that worked the desk for the parking lot was very nice but I had to keep going to the office to get passes and paid $60 for an extra car in a pretty empty parking lot.)But the condo was really very nice and I would recommend it.

The folks (Sue) at Long Key Vacation Rentals could not have been more responsive or nicer. Any questions were answered very promptly. The Ocean Sands unit has a spectacular view; directly on the water - could not have been closer or more convenient. The unit itself (2 bedroom/2bath) is nice and well stocked for cooking/staying in which, during a pandemic, is quite valuable. The master bedroom king bed mattress is in need of changeout. There are dips on both sides. The front door does not seal well; during high winds, a whistle noise is coming through the door which might be a little annoying to some. The furnishings are still comfortable in the living area with the exception of the sleeper sofa. There's a nice dining area with comfortable chairs. Be careful in the parking garage. Parking is a bit tight with plenty of structural posts. Guests at Ocean Sands seemed friendly; however the lady that manages the office there needs a personality adjustment. She's not pleasant. The pool area was nicely kept but we could not find a way to turn on the hot tub jets. It appeared only to work with heated water; no pump. Finally, Gulf Blvd is busy in front of Ocean Sands. There will be road noise especially in the kitchen & second bedroom, but it's quiet in the Master Bedroom which faces the Gulf/surf. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful trip at Mediera Beach. The condo looked just like the pictures. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed as well. The condo is well maintained, and condo owners take pride in ownwership and the property is well maintained. Great location, and in my opinion this beach is a more relaxed than St. Pete. I also took advantage of cycling on the Pinellas Trail. The trail goes from St. Pete to Dunedin (38 miles). I would definitely come to Medeira Beach and Oceans again.

Our 15th stay at Ocean Sands; first at this condo. This property is well located in Tower 1 with an excellent perspective of the beach and ocean. WE were very satisfied with our stay and the service provided by Long Key

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is gorgeous.

we enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo with a great location, overlooking the gulf. We found the bed comfortable and liked that it had 2
recliners and sofa, and the patio furniture included anti gravity chairs(2)-kitchen was well stocked also. Ocean Sands is on a busy intersection with frequent sirens but any condos on Gulf Blvd will have this and we are used to it now.

Ocean Sands provides the best location for a relaxing vacation. There are so many great restaurants nearby, but the area maintains a very residential, lazy feel. We love it! This condo has everything you need for an easy week. Just pack your toothbrush!

My husband and I stayed at this same unit 3 years ago. The location is great. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. The unit has everything we need. The view and sound of the ocean is our way of relaxing. And this unit does exactly that. Another wonderful vacation experience.

Had a perfect week at Ocean Sands Condo 403. Weather was 82 degrees with a slight breeze. Condo was super clean, kitchen excellent, bedrooms perfect, bathrooms clean and updated. Ocean side patio with views that were perfect with easy access to and from the beach. Perfect Condo in a perfect spot with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Property Manager - Susan Elliot is a pleasure to work with. Everything was exactly as she described with no issues all week.

This was a great place to stay! The condo was clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed. The location was great- CVS and Winn Dixie were very close. There were so many great restaurants nearby.

This condo is amazing! Everything you need is provided, including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds and furniture are really comfortable. The condo was extremely clean. the sheets and comforter on the bed were really, really soft. The view is just beautiful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our condo was great and very clean. The view was
fantastic. The rental went very smooth and deposit was returned within 4 days. Lots of siren noises, but you get used to it. Would recommend Ocean Sands to anyone.

We really enjoyed the 10 days we stayed at Ocean Sands 403, it literally had everything that you need for a perfect vacation, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and a beach cart that you can load and take everything you need for a perfect day on the beach. Very well stocked with all supplies you will need to start your vacation. This unit will not disappoint you!

The view was spectacular from the balcony. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening/watching the ocean. Our accommodations were very nice and the unit was clean. Everything was well stocked for your basic needs. The pool area is lovely. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were available. Our car was parked in a garage. The only negatives were that the master bed was very firm and the traffic noise in the second bedroom or on the pull out couch was very loud most of the night. Not a problem for the master bedroom.

Our vacation experience was wonderful! The condo was clean and was well stocked with supplies. The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Beautiful roomy apartment overlooking the gulf, very well equipped and clean, nice kitchen, loads of storage, washer/dryer. Lots of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Gorgeous balcony and pool. Close to shops, library. Some minor aging/maintenance issues but none that affected the stay. Twin beds more for kids than big adults. Dealt with Sue at Long Key Vacations--always super nice, efficient and honest.

Our family really enjoyed our week at the Madeira Beach condo. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach right in front of the condo was perfect for beach days. The location of the condo was great for doing many activities in the Tampa/Clearwater area. The wifi worked perfectly which is usually not the case with many other vrbo rentals we've stayed at in the past, that was much appreciated. Thank you for a great week!

It was a Great Vacation here at Ocean Sands. Could not ask for a better View, we watched the Dolphins swim by in the morning, Plenty of room for a nice relaxing Breakfast an Coffee on the Balcony. ice Margareta Bar / Resturant with great food right across the street, Reasonable Priced. You have a Dollar Tree, Liquor Store, and Winn Dixie, all within walking Distance, Down the street by CVS Pharmacy.
Nice to go down to the beach and relax, plenty of chairs to take with and float located behind the door on the deck. You can only use the WEENIE's in the pool, no other floatation devices.
Make sure you always have your access keys, need them to get IN and OUT of all gates to the beach and pool.
You can walk to Johns Pass on the beach, 1/2 hr, but nice, you can stop at a few pubs on the way up and back. YOu go to the right on the beach, there is a bar, next to the condo you can access from the beach, good food and drinks, reasonable, and entertainment on weekends.
Close to Tampa, St. Petersburg, great farmers market, HUGH. Saturday, Sunday, heading back towards Tampa, Nice HUGH Flea market, you can get anything there.
It is really a great condo, Great view from Master bedroom, 2nd bedroon, beds were moved together and attached to make into a queen, worked great.
The real estate personnel was always there to help or do anything for you, we delt with susan, and she was wonderful, and communicated quickly.
Thank you for renting us the condo, it was a great , Fun place and location, we will do it again. Miss the warmth already and the walks on the beach.

Within easy walking distance of several restaurants and sub shops, very short drive to Johns Pass, awesome view of gulf and sunsets from your large balcony,extremely well equipped kitchen and appliances. One major complaint (with condo association) is that one gate from condo property to beach has a bar across the top located at a height of about 6 ft. Since each beach access gate has to be opened with a key and since I am 6 ft 3, my focus was on the key and lock and not the fact that the top of my head was about to be smacked. Thankfully I am a quick learner (with a wife who kept saying watch your head) I only had one run in with this bar.

Very satisfied with this rental. Location was perfect with a major avenue across street for easy exit of strip. Parking was in garage and easily accessed. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved how the glass doors to balcony stacked open to enjoy the outstanding view of ocean. Winn-Dixie and two very good restaurants (Brown Boxer and Dockside Dave's) were an easy walk away. Only small downside was condo interior was slightly dated but overall you can't go wrong staying here

Over the years I have rented several other units in both Indian Rocks and Madeira Beach. Ocean sands was by far the best. Never have I rented a place that was so much like a home rather than a rental. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels nice and soft. Outside deck very roomy. Place clean and furniture well kept.

Four of us stayed for a week here and we all agreed that it was one of the best locations of all those we had visited for prior vacations. Beach was awesome!

The beds in this unit are very uncomfortable. None of us ever had a good nights sleep. The unit is dated compared to others we have seen in Towers 1 and 2, and the cost per week is high compared to more modern units. Susan was excellent to deal with.

We had a great time. The place was very clean, although updating would be nice - especially for the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing that would make it better is a full bed and a twin in the guest room (we have 3 kids). We had to pull out the bed in the couch every night. Great place, though!

the condo is in a good central spot; the condo itself was very clean,and has everything you need; the guest bathroom could be updated but very clean, nice large balcony to enjoy the sun, beach view and sunsets. Great customer service by property management company!

Our stay in this unit was wonderful. They had everything that we needed and more. The view was spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. The sound of the ocean was very relaxing. We would recommend this to our friends. Plus Sue with the rental company was super nice and very helpful.

The 2nd bedroom faces a busy intersection that is noisy even in the middle of the night. Not a walking distance from John's pass. Very clean and has every little thing a vacationer may need

Our condo was right on Madeira Beach on the 4th floor with a beautiful Gulf view. It was so relaxing to hear the roaring of the waves at night and waking up to the beautiful gulf in the morning. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place.

The condo was in a great location and the view was beautiful. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would rent here again! We enjoyed our off season stay!
