Stayed for a week in April, 2024. The location was great, able to see dolphins swim by from the 5th floor. Very clean and everything you need!! All the communication with rental company was easy and they responded very quickly!!

We were looking for a rental that would be big enough for our family of 6 and we found exactly what we were looking for. This unit was spacious, clean, well stocked to prepare meals, and very bright with all of the windows of an end unit. Instructions for check in and use of the property were accurate and complete. We really enjoyed our week in North Redington Beach and hope to return again in the future!

Condo is beautiful and clean with everything you need. The balcony is large with plenty of room and seats. It was lovely sitting out there watching the water and seeing dolphins pass by. The condo is close to many excellent restaurants (Coconut Charlie's right next door) and stores and a very short drive to John's Pass. If you don't like crowds, this is the area to stay. Drove to Clearwater and we were grateful we chose this location. The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. The hot tub was closed because they were working on that building. Hired Gypsy Soul Water Adventures for a private boat ride, highly recommend.
There wasn't a restaurant that wasn't wonderful, ate lots of grouper. SeaBreeze, Caddy's, Crabby's, Friendly Tavern, Hurricane Eddie's, Sculley's, ect. The large souvenir shop is across the street. One nice thing about Florida, or this area, is if you have a disabled parking tag, you can park wherever and not have to pay. Will recommend to friends/relatives and will look at Ram Sea when we return to area.

Wish the weather a little better, but overall we all had a great experience trying a new place. Location is perfect for a laid back relaxing time. The hustle is north and south of our stay, we visited both but enjoyed the quiet. The unit was perfect, clean, and setup for guests as if you were part of owners family. Everyone was flawless to work with, got in a little early which in today’s world was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to all. We’ll be back.

We had a very relaxing vacation. The condo is very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. The 3 bedrooms 2 with a king and 1 with 2 queens was perfect for our family of 6. The Doubletree Hotel is next door and has a restaurant and a walk up Tiki Bar. There are chairs, jet ski and paddleboard rentals directly in from of the condo. We can't wait to stay in the condo in the future.

I was looking for a condo to host a visit for a sister gathering. This was perfect - location was central to the Tampa area. Condo had everything we needed, plus more!!! Nice to have beach stuff - mats, chairs, umbrella, etc.

The property was perfect for seven us. The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. There are beach lounge chairs/umbrella's for rent on the beach. I rented for the entire week, they were set up and they even move the umbrella as the sun moves throughout the day. This really made our stay the best as the chairs/umbrella's in the unit were beat. Easy walk to many locations including Dunkin Donuts. The Burrito Social across the street was a great place to eat/drink. Parking was never a problem. The only downside was the pool was open until 11pm. Pretty noisy up to that point each night. I would suggest 10pm is plenty.

This is our second year staying at Ram Sea 514. The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all of our needs. We love sitting on the porch and taking long walks on the beach. Mangos next door was a popular spot in the afternoon to get a cold drink and cool off. Wonderful restaurants were very close and easy to get to. Will definitely plan on returning. The manager was always available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Having the TV in each room and the expansive couch in the living room which was also comfortable.
The location was prime. We loved the double patio doors to open up the space and let in the ocean breeze.
The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for a week of cooking meals there and eating for 7!
The beach was right out the back side and it was beautiful and never let us down. Chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and towels were plentiful in the condo for use.
The space was bright open and airy. We absolutely loved our time in the condo and hope to be back one day!

It was a terrific place to vacation and get away from winter in Michigan. We really enjoyed everything about the property we rented, the location on the gulf was fantastic. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. We would rent this property again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. the property was everything it claimed to be in it's description. The only thing was the master bathroom fan did not work so it steamed up...but hey I was on vacation. Sue at Long Key Vacation Rentals was very professional and helpful (thank you) I would definitely recommend this property. There were lots of things to do and plenty of places to eat. The Conch was our favorite place to eat.

The condo is older but updated nicely, especially the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The condo is also very clean. We stayed the week after thanksgiving and was a perfect time as the building appeared almost empty. The management of the building is also very accommodating. Never were we bothered with stupid rules. They even gave us some extra beach chairs that someone had left behind. The condo is nicely situated away from the busier parts of st. Pete but close enough to groceries and restaurants. The only slight problem we had was parking. The description said only one parking space but on further inquiry, we were told we would have two. And two we had! Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony gazing at the million dollar view of the gulf.

Great place in a great location. The condo is a corner unit, up high so fabulous views with only one connecting wall. Spacious, clean and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at the beach! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. The beach was fantastic. Red Tide was an issue but that's the chance you take going to the gulf in mid summer. And it really wasn't that bad. The water was fantastic too. Only slight issues were that the elevator is slow and the right back burner on the stove might need some adjusting. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The condo was great. We loved having 2 BR with king size beds, perfect for very tall people, including 6'8" guest. Furniture was very comfy. Balcony was large with nice chairs, but no reclining lounger - missed that. Blinds in LR were slightly broken, unable to open more than half way. There's a gorgeous view, we would have liked to see it all. The only real irritation was a couple staying there who routinely had 12-18 more guests each day. They played very loud Latino music from noon till past sunset
I come to enjoy the natural sounds and sights. I don't want to hear someone else's music all day. The other problem was being charged for "damages.". We were charged for a set of ripped king sheets - which we did not do. And we were charged for excessive use of towels, with a claim we used more from some closet. That didn't happen either. I disputed the alleged damage. No word from property mgmt. I've been staying on the Gulf coast for 30 years and I've never had damage charges before.

We had a very relaxing vacation at this property. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. The property itself was very quiet and pool and ocean were great. Would definitely return and stay here.

Great condo. Management company claims we left a small stain on a couch, which I do not think we did, & we have not received our security deposit back.

We had an amazing time. The condo is gorgeous. So much room, we were very comfortable. It was stocked with all of the essentials and lots of extras. It was very clean and decorated so beach and fun!! We’ll definitely come back and hope to stay in the same unit!

The place was very clean . The rooms are big and comfy . The pillows not so good . The cookware was not good at all . I ended up buying a skillet to cook with . Other than that it was a nice place to stay .

We spent 7 days at Ram Sea with our three kids (2 tweens and a teen). I've visited the Gulf-side of Florida for 30+ years and this is our fave place yet! The spacious, clean and contemporary condo overlooks the beach, with room enough for everyone to have their own space. Lots of amenities, including a modern kitchen stocked with the right cooking equipment; spacious bedrooms with comfy king and queen size beds and tvs; a balcony with two entrances (off the main bedroom and living room) with deck tables and chairs; beach toys, umbrella, chairs and towels; and a pool below. The kids loved the wi-fi, beach and pool. I loved the views! Sitting outside can be a little loud if the building is full, but we really enjoyed the getaway from the craziness of Covid-19. The management was great to work with after our original Spring Break trip was cancelled and we had to rebook later.

Enjoyed our home away from home. The balcony and beach were wonderful. Well equipped kitchen. Well worth the money. Two downsides: there wasn't a lot of shops or restaurants within walking distance, and parking was for only one car in the lot. A guest spot would have been appreciated.

We recently stayed at the Ram Sea 514 for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed this place. Its definitely the most spacious and updated condo we've stayed at in this area. The condo is well appointed comfy furniture / mattress, excellent wifi, stocked kitchen, beach toys, and an amazing sunset view. The Ram Sea is nice, family friendly condo. Easy access to the beach. The pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was warm and spacious. Overall we loved it and the rental company was very easy to work with as well.

Our condo was nice and big and looked completely remodeled. The views were great. As far as the condo goes our only issue was not being able to turn the air below 72. Made it uncomfortable to sleep but if you are okay with that it’s great.

The pictures reflect the condo accurately. This condo was clean updated and very comfortable. I was very impressed with it. Great location and perfect view of ocean and sunset. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had with the property is people smoking on the balconies but it appeared to me that everyone in Florida smokes. It’s against the rules there so I can’t blame the owners.

The rental process was easy. The check-in/checkout process was delightful. The staff is very nice and helped answer any questions we had. The grounds are immaculately kept. Rentals for fun on the water right outside the building. The condo itself was beautiful. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Tons of beach stuff to use. Outstanding place to stay. We will be back.

The everything was clean and nice. Only one thing, that in the middle of dinnertime lamp in laundry fell down the floor, I called the manager, she responded very quickly, and guys fixed it very quickly. I clean the appartment how they want me too, put in the laundry dirty towels, dishes were washed, they did have me my money back, but they left a 3 or 4 star rating for me, why???? Over all it was good stay!
